Jay Vikingo is an Operations and Strategy Leader with nearly eight years of experience leading complex operational buildouts across healthcare, defense, professional services, and logistics. He has designed and implemented systems, cross-functional workflows, and data tooling that have powered strategic initiatives and driven alignment across rapidly scaling organizations.
Jay has led both large-scale and targeted M&A strategy and integration efforts, from enterprise-wide initiatives at Anduril Industries, where he supported company-wide integration during key acquisitions, to focused rollups in the healthcare sector at Coronis Health, a national leader in medical billing and claims. At b.well Connected Health, he partnered with the executive team through Series A and B fundraising rounds, building key operational infrastructure to support aggressive growth. During his time at S-RM Intelligence & Risk Consulting, he built foundational strategy and data tools to manage and scale the firm’s U.S. practice, supporting its broader expansion into the North American market.
At his core, Jay is an operator with a passion for healthcare. He has had the privilege of working alongside visionary leaders like Adam Boehler and Kristen Valdes, contributing to missions focused on impact and transformation.
An entrepreneur as well, Jay co-founded workforce equity coalitions in Baltimore that reshaped local hiring practices and strengthened industry partnerships in the tech sector. He brings a data and strategy-driven mindset, a hands-on operational style, and a track record of supporting executives through pivotal, high-stakes decisions, with initiatives ranging from the thousands to nearly $100 million in value.
Mr. Vikingo is completing advanced coursework through Purdue University and is set to begin postgraduate studies in 2026.
