Lyndsey Ryan is the Clinical Program Director at TARA Mind.
A Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), Lyndsey has spent 25 years performing research, training, and developing hybrid modality support so she can best support her clients in finding a safe refuge in their own mind and body.
Lyndsey has trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, IFS, somatic psychotherapies including Somatic Experiencing, attachment work, art therapy, and advanced EMDR techniques to support people struggling with early childhood neglect and abuse, addictions, combat trauma, and self-harming/self-defeating behaviors and thoughts.
Lyndsey graduated from Naropa University with her Master of Arts in Contemplative Psychotherapy and utilizes a broader contemplative lens as well as a Tibetan Buddhism lens in her work.
Lyndsey is the Psychedelic Medicine Association Chapter Head for both the State of Colorado and nationally for the Military Veterans Special Interest Group. Lyndsey is a member of EMDRIA, the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD), the American Counseling Association (ACA), the Association for Counselor Education and Supervision (ACES), Rocky Mountain ACES, Counselors for Social Justice (CJS), and the International Association of Addictions and Offender Counselors (IAAOC).
